Well, just like any other time, I have no eligible excuses for having stopped blogging and now starting it again. That my laptop broke down a month ago might be a fair excuse but the best answer I could find is already on my blog's header... In the end, I'm probably one of the most random persons you've met, and you just have to deal with that ;)
My auntie is travelling for 3 weeks which means me home alone till Nov 12th. I guess I would have spent all of my day surfing the Internet and stuff as the usual irresponsible me x) But since Mom's whining speeches are still stuck in my head and I'm not so in the mood for Internet (till today :P) so now, I do schoolwork, a bit exercise every night, go to the market 3 times last week and cook for myself, which I truly enjoy as an interest when I don't have any DSLR camera to play with :-"
It's kinda funny that I tend to cook way too much for myself. I made a huge pan of meatball sauce this morning to eat with pastas. The recipe was written for 4 huge serves and I still followed since it was so easy and delicious :") Anyway, I've got Thảo Ngân to come for sleepovers starting form tomorrow so I guess we'll handle the dish beautifully ;)
I plan to make Cơm chiên Dương Châu for tonight's dinner and tomorrow lunch at school, Kimbap on Wednesday as it's my day-off, Marinated pork for Thursday, Macaroni soup for Friday, Macaroni & Cheese and Bún thịt xào on next weekend. Yummy huh? :P I'm really excited for Kimbap and Macaroni & Cheese days since I've never tried them before :D I tried frying cream cheese for Trúc the other day and thankfully it was good haha. It tastes like Lotteria's fried cheese sticks, but better of course x)
If anyone's interested in coming by and being a lab rat for my foods, feel free to text me >:) I'm kinda in need for dining buddies lolz.
